The doctors said: “Only one can survive!” Me or MY CHILD?

My name is Helen, and I want to share what God has done in my life and my family.

Before I came to know God, my life wasn’t very good. I lost my 18-year-old sister in a school bombing. After that, my outlook on life changed, not for the better. I met a guy, and soon we began dating, and then we began living together. I got pregnant right away. The pregnancy was difficult because I had kidney disease, diagnosed with chronic pyelonephritis. Doctors gave me various diagnoses, saying I could give birth to a disabled child, and that only one could survive: my child or me. You can imagine what was going through my mind.

But, thank God, a believing friend, Inna, was by my side. She showed me that God could help me if I believed in Him. While I was pregnant, I repented and accepted salvation. The results were clear—the Lord truly does not abandon His children in difficult times. I gave birth to a healthy, full-fledged daughter, without any significant medical conditions, and for this I thank only God.

I also want to thank the Lord for saving my husband. Before his repentance, he abused alcohol and loved to smoke weed, which caused conflict in our home, leading to divorce. But, thank God, it’s all in the past. After my husband entered the “Life” rehabilitation center, his life changed, and he became a different person.

Praise the Lord for saving our family, and now we pray for the salvation of our loved ones.
