My name is Inna. I got married at 18, and it seemed like everything was going great in my life and I didn’t need anything else. I had a religious mother-in-law who invited me to church several times, but I declined and mocked her faith. A year after we got married, problems began in our family. I had no answers to the questions that were looming in my life. So I decided to go to church with my mother-in-law. A month later, I started attending a home group, and a month later, I repented. God began to change me and my habits; I quit smoking and began to see life differently. My priorities shifted, and God became my number one priority. I enrolled in Bible college, where I am now studying. Although I had been married for several years, we were childless, and this greatly depressed me. The doctors were at a loss and eventually diagnosed me with infertility, but God solved this problem. A year ago, I had a son. But a month after his birth, a new trial came into my life: my husband left me with a one-month-old baby. I was in despair, and if not for God, the support of my mother-in-law, my pastor, and other believers, I would have committed suicide. But with God, nothing is impossible. Six months later, God restored my family. On Christmas Day, my husband repented and now serves at the “Life” rehabilitation center. He serves as a worship leader. I serve as a Sunday school teacher at the Church of God’s Glory. My family serves the Lord, and I am happy.
