The life of the Dungans in Eastern Europe is full of holidays, receptions, ceremonies, and also important events! These people, originally from China, do not fit the stereotypes of serious Muslims. On the contrary, they are a cheerful, lively people who love celebrations. The Dungans are a joyful, vibrant and hospitable people. Since they live in Eastern Europe among non-Dungan people, it is important for them to remain true to everything that represents their traditions and culture.

Embroidery, traditional costumes, silver ornaments, paper cut-outs of animals, flowers and instruments are displayed to the delight of all in their museums. Culture is an important thread running through the life of the Dungans. However, this thread is missing something extremely important: the Dungans lack a relationship with Jesus.
